Training

We train every Tuesday and Thursday from at 7pm prompt. Tuesday is at Bradford Grammar School on the Astro Turf and is handling and fitness. Thursday is at Shay Lane (Salem's Ground) for Team Run Throughs. Training is open to anyone!!! The more the merrier, get fit and socialise with a beer or two after!
